Open Havelock is a new community project on the Havelock Estate in Southall. The project transforms empty garages, undercrofts and their adjoining grounds into a flexible community facility situated off Willowbrook Road.

Since 2016 Catalyst housing have worked intensively with local partners to improve the canal edge at Havelock. The Open Havelock project will expand upon this work through landscape proposals that include new access to the canal, the enhancement of underused canalside, green spaces and the cultivation of courtyard gardens at Willowbrook.
